I am so excited to have become a new member of the fantastic team at Bank of the James Mortgage! I have joined a culture that is transparent and dedicated, and this culture directly reflects how we handle our clients. My name is Heather Nipper and I am expanding our services into the New River Valley. Having graduated from Ft. Chiswell High School and Radford University with a specialization in Finance, I am very familiar with the region and I look forward to concentrating my efforts from Wythe to Montgomery County, and beyond!

I have worked in the New River Valley for 15 years managing all aspects of Consumer, Mortgage, Auto, and Retail lending. I fully understand that the mortgage process can be overwhelming, but we are here to give you peace of mind through the process with expertise and efficiency, making either building, refinancing, or purchasing a home, a wonderful and exciting experience. I, along with the Bank of the James Mortgage team, would be elated to help turn these dreams into reality.

I have a love of meeting new people and developing new relationships, truly getting to know them - who they are and where their interests lie, and inviting them to get to know me. My first love is my family - my husband, Jason, of 15 years and our precious children, Jonah and Gianna. We all love traveling together and have a love for the outdoors. My family works together assisting the worship experience at our local church and we are also very much involved in community outreach in Southeast Virginia. We love building up others and serving and it would be my honor to serve you!
