Loan Officer Assistant/Loan Partner - Charlottesville, VA

Assists mortgage loan officer(s) and their clients with lead and borrower communication and coordination, documents collection and signatures, including ordering titles, uploading files, monitoring file progress, and scheduling next steps and updates to all parties. Position is responsible for building and maintaining mortgage loan client relationships through the delivery of outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Additionally, helps Loan Officer with various tasks as needed to improve efficiency and grow client base and market share.  High school diploma or equivalent required.  One to two years of experience in sales support role.  Critical thinking skills, demonstrated professionalism and excellent oral and written communication skills.  Ability to multi-task and perform in demanding situations and excel in a structured environment with demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish goals and meet deadlines. This is a full-time position based out of Charlottesville, VA 22902.
