Universal Banker I - Lynchburg Area

Participates in building customer relationships by promoting bank’s products and services to customers through needs identification, maximizing a profitable relationship. Serves in the role of a premier relationship banker, advising clients in their selection of financial products and services, utilizing a needs-based selling approach.  The associate will expand existing client relationships and develop new relationships through knowledge and operational efficiencies of banking services; and will perform multiple duties associated with the operation of a financial banking center to include consumer lending and business development. High School diploma or equivalent required.  Two or three years of proven teller or high-volume money handling, and customer service experience preferred.  Full-time, in-person position available in the Lynchburg, VA area.

Helpdesk Support Specialist - Lynchburg

Provides tier I onsite and remote helpdesk support for other employees, departments, and teams, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, handling escalations, application errors, and provisioning software and hardware. Develops a baseline working knowledge of IT systems and services with strong troubleshooting skills. Assists with computer hardware and software installation and maintenance. Interacts with other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify issues, and provide technical support when needed. Identifies more complex technical issues and escalates troubleshooting to appropriate staff members. Serves as a front-line point of contact for phone calls and tickets surrounding a variety of issues; quickly assess and routes tickets to appropriate individuals or teams if necessary. Assists with yearly internal and external audits. Provision equipment and provide training for new employees; help enforce and inform others about IT procedures. Assists in Maintaining and updating documentation to follow policies and procedures. Educates employees on security policies and their responsibilities. Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Customer service experience a plus; strong people skills required. Proven IT-related work desired. Experience with or knowledge of operating systems; current equipment and technologies, active directories, network protocols, cloud systems a plus. Full-time, in-person position available in Lynchburg, VA.
