Under general supervision and conforming to established policies and procedures, operates teller window, providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service functions while representing the Bank in a courteous and professional manner. Upsells Bank’s products and services through customer needs identification.  Must be willing to travel to work in various branch locations. High school diploma or equivalent required, money handling experience and demonstrated accuracy preferred, excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, reliable, flexible, dependable, and team oriented required. These are full-time, in-person positions.

Loan Officer Assistant/Loan Partner - Charlottesville, VA

Assists mortgage loan officer(s) and their clients with lead and borrower communication and coordination, documents collection and signatures, including ordering titles, uploading files, monitoring file progress, and scheduling next steps and updates to all parties. Position is responsible for building and maintaining mortgage loan client relationships through the delivery of outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Additionally helps Loan Officer with various tasks as needed to improve efficiency and grow client base and market share. High school or equivalent, one to two years experience in sales support role preferred, critical thinking skills and multitasking are a must, and excellent oral and written communication skills. This position is a full-time, in-person position in Charlottesville, VA.
