Financial Services Representative - Roanoke

Develops and retains long-term and profitable customer relationships by providing personal, high-level customer service through proactive outreach and follow up. Understands customer needs and matches products and services to those needs, including products and services with other lines of bank businesses. Opens and processes new deposit accounts. Cross sells and refers the bank’s products and services, including mortgage, investments and treasury services. Functions as a teller as needed, receiving and processing transactions accurately in accordance with bank policy and procedures. Complies with bank policies and banking regulations. May be responsible for daily balancing of the ATM and cash recycler. Assists branch manager and other team members as needed. Must be able to multi-task and uphold confidentiality while remaining reliable and team-oriented. High school diploma or equivalent required and two (2) years’ banking, sales or service experience preferred.
