Mortgage Loan Officer

Originates mortgage loans, promotes the mortgage division and its lending services to the real estate community and helps to identify and serve the community’s financial needs through home loan counseling, real estate agent networking, and by participating in and promoting community activities. On an as-needed basis, provides technical and operational support for local and new market loan officers. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or one to two years of experience as a mortgage loan officer, understanding of lending, compliance and Federal regulations preferred, excellent sales, organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and handle stress, and demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish goals and deadlines.
